KHI Came to Vietnam With Work to Do
The retreat had a serious business agenda.
Across two conference days, KHI’s leaders came together around strategy, budgeting, leadership, future planning and sustainable growth, within the organisation’s wider vision, “Contributing to Your Life.”
But six days together offered something the conference room could not provide on its own: time for people to know one another outside their usual working context.
Bright’s job was to give both parts their place – protect the work KHI came to do, while making the time around it worth travelling to Vietnam for.
One Bright Team Around the Whole Programme
Bright led the agreed engagement from planning through live delivery and final handover.
Our scope connected arrival support, accommodation, local transport, conference production, dining, guest care, experiences in Hanoi and Ha Long Bay, photography and film.
For KHI’s organising team, that meant one local team across the six days rather than separate conversations for every moving part.
KHI could stay close to its people and the programme.
Bright took care of the experience around them.

Bright Looked After Everything Around It
Two full conference days at Lotte Hotel Hanoi formed the business centre of the retreat.
KHI Partners’s leaders and presenters owned the discussions. Bright managed the meeting environment around them — setup, technical requirements, programme materials, on-site production, hospitality and guest support.
The distinction was deliberate.
KHI Partners led the conversation. Bright made sure its leaders did not also have to manage the room.
The Retreat Started at Arrival
For an international group arriving in Vietnam, the experience began well before the first conference session.
Bright’s scope included Vietnam visa support, airport arrival assistance, transfers, accommodation, local transport and delegate care throughout the programme.
Outside the conference room, the group shared a Vietnamese cooking experience, time in Hanoi and a day in Ha Long Bay.
These were different settings for the same group of people — opportunities to spend time together away from the formal working agenda.
Bright connected them into the same six-day programme rather than treating them as separate excursions.
Five Daily Films, Delivered the Next Day
Photography and film were part of the retreat from the beginning, not an add-on after it finished.
Bright’s media team covered the conference, hospitality, shared experiences and participant reflections throughout the programme.
Five daily highlight films were edited and delivered the following day. By the time the group left Vietnam, they had already been able to revisit much of the retreat while they were still experiencing it together.
A final retreat film followed with its own storytelling direction, bringing the wider six-day story together rather than simply recapping a sequence of activities. Bright then completed the remaining photography and video post-production, feedback compilation and final handover.
