By the time the Dubai programme began, Bright was already working with the client across Marketing & Events.
That context mattered. Bright already knew the organisation, its leadership community and how important business moments were communicated to the wider network.
Dubai brought a new destination and a larger regional gathering, but not a new relationship.
The programme needed to recognise people who had contributed to the business, give leadership meaningful time with its international community and bring participants from different markets together around the same organisation.

Across the programme, business meetings, shared experiences and formal recognition each had a different job to do.
Bright held the overall direction while working with a local partner in Dubai on destination delivery. That allowed local knowledge and execution to sit inside the same programme as the client’s business requirements, communications and participant experience.
The client did not need to connect a destination company, a media team and separate programme elements on its own. Bright remained the point holding the work together.
Dubai was one part of a three-year relationship that also took Bright’s work with the client through Vietnam and Thailand.
During that time, Bright worked across marketing, communications and regional business programmes as the client’s needs changed from market to market.
The formats changed. The relationship continued.
