The six days crossed guest arrival, rooming, international entry support, transport, dining, conference production, cultural experiences, participant care, media and multiple venues. Every layer had dependencies that could affect the others.
Bright’s role was to connect those layers into one experience and one operating structure, so KHI did not have to manage a separate system for hospitality, conference, guest movement, media and local delivery.

This approach is most relevant when a leadership group, partner community or senior team needs more than a well-run offsite — when the experience has to strengthen connection, reflect culture, create room for meaningful dialogue and leave leadership free to participate rather than manage the programme.
